Layali Kashtat is a technical platform connecting customers with camping service providers. We act as a technical intermediary to facilitate bookings.

2. Liability

The service provider bears full responsibility for the quality of service. The platform disclaims liability for disputes between parties, while striving to assist in amicable resolution.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights of the platform are reserved to the developer and operator: Hassan Khamis Al-Shammari.

4. Payments & Taxes

Electronic payments are processed by a trusted external provider (e.g., Moyasar). Card data is not stored by the platform. The customer and provider bear any tax or regulatory obligations related to the transaction.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refunds are handled directly between the customer and the service provider as agreed between them. The platform is a technical intermediary and does not issue refunds; we can assist in communication if needed.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse or attempt to compromise the platform.
• Do not post misleading or unlawful information.
• Comply with local applicable laws.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with jurisdiction in the competent courts within the Kingdom.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page applies.
